Market Prism provides data aggregation and analytical tools only. The Platform is a software tool that organizes, processes, and presents publicly available financial information through proprietary models. It does not provide investment advice, financial planning, portfolio management, or any form of personalized financial guidance.
All content, data, signals, scores, and analytical outputs provided through the Platform are intended solely for informational and educational purposes. Users are responsible for conducting their own research and making their own independent investment decisions.

You expressly agree that any investment decision you make is based entirely on your own judgment and research, or the advice of a qualified financial advisor you have independently retained. Market Prism bears no responsibility for investment decisions made by users of the Platform.

Markets are inherently unpredictable, and no analytical system can guarantee accuracy or profitable outcomes. Certain features of the Platform require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
If you are participating in Market Prism's beta program, you acknowledge that the Platform is under active development and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. Beta access is provided on an as-is basis and may be revoked at any time without prior notice. Beta access is non-transferable and may be subject to usage limits.
The Platform, including all software, algorithms, analytical models, user interfaces, content, and documentation, is the proprietary property of Market Prism and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

The Market Prism name, logo, and all related product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Market Prism. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Market Prism uses commercially reasonable efforts to provide accurate and timely information. However, we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or availability of any data, signals, scores, or analytical outputs provided through the Platform.
Data is sourced from third-party providers, public filings, and other publicly available sources. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in underlying source data. Market data may be delayed and may not reflect real-time market conditions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MARKET PRISM, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM.
This includes, without limitation, any losses arising from reliance on signals, scores, verdicts, fair value estimates, or any other analytical output provided by the Platform. You acknowledge that trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss, and that you are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
In no event shall Market Prism's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to Market Prism in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Market Prism and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Market Prism reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. We may, but are not obligated to, notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform interface.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Market Prism may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law shall survive any termination of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States.
